Before you set off
How long does the Tour really take?
About an hour of audio in total. With a relaxed pace, breaks and photo stops, expect to be out for 2–3 hours — entirely up to you.
Can I walk the Tour in either direction?
Yes — just tap the direction arrow at the top. Start and end swap, and the stops play in reverse order. Handy if you happen to be near Heldenplatz and don’t fancy walking back to the Burgtheater first.
What do I do if the weather’s bad or I don’t finish?
A coffee break is half the fun anyway. And if the rain really won’t let up, you can pick up where you left off another day.
Can I pause the Tour and continue later?
Yes — once you start, you’ve got 7 days of access from the same device.
Do I pay per person or as a group?
Both: for 1–3 people you pay per person and get one code each. From 4 people the group price is the better deal — one code for up to 6 people who join via QR code. For bigger groups (school classes, company outings, family parties), get in touch — we’ll sort something out.
