Before you set off
How many sights do I need to pick?
Just one is enough. There’s no upper limit, and the price per sight gets cheaper the more you add.
Which sights can I choose from?
Any Vienna landmark that’s part of one of our ready-made Quests — the pool keeps growing. You see them all in the map and list above.
Is the experience as fun as a ready-made Quest?
Yes — the puzzles are identical to those in our ready-made Quests. If you’ve played one before, pick different sights for your Custom Quest so you keep discovering something new.
What if I get stuck on a puzzle?
Every puzzle comes with two hints. And if you’re still stumped, the solution is always one tap away — nobody gets left behind.
What do I do if the weather’s bad or I don’t finish?
A coffee break is half the fun anyway. And if the rain really won’t let up, you can pick up where you left off another day.
Can I pause the Quest and pick it up later?
Yes — once you start, you’ve got 7 days of access from the same device.
Is there a group discount for more than 6 people?
One code covers up to 6 people. For bigger groups (school classes, company outings, family parties), get in touch — we’ll sort something out.
